Three taken to hospital following accident

Three people were taken to hospital following an accident in Cragg Vale.

Firefighters from Mytholmroyd and Halifax were called to Turvin Road at 7.45pm last night (Tuesday) after a Peugeot car rolled down the banking, landing on its side.

When the crews arrived a 51-year-old man was trapped inside and had to be cut free.

The police, ambulance and air ambulance were also called. All three were taken to Calderdale Royal Hospital by road ambulance.
