Three-vehicle crash on Calderdale section of the M62
Motorists are facing long delays this afternoon (Friday) after a three--vehicle crash on the Calderdale section of the M62.
The crash happened on the eastbound carriageway between junction 22, A672 (Rishworth Moor) and junction 23, A640 (Huddersfield) at 12.54pm.
A Vauxhall Astra, Citreon C1 and Renault Clio were in collision.
The occupants of the cars suffered only minor injuries.
Police had to close the carriageway for investigation work and vehicle recovery, and although all lanes of the carriageway have been re-opened motorists should expect delays of up to an hour.
