There is disruption on Northern Rail services between Manchester Victoria and Leeds and Manchester Victoria and Todmorden.

This is due to a signalling problem caused by over-running engineering work at Todmorden.
Services between Manchester Victoria and Leeds will be delayed by up to 20 minutes, whiles services between Manchester Victoria and Todmorden will terminate and start back from Rochdale.
