It’s her 14th year at Bettys but Kirsty still loves chocolate and her dedication to making ever better and tastier confectionary remains undiminished.

Kirsty said: “People always ask if I still eat chocolate when I work with it every day. I do enjoy a small amount but it has to be high quality. It’s hard to resist our Cru Sauvage Truffles. The rich, dark chocolate is made with rare wild cocoa from the Bolivian Amazon.”

Kirsty was awarded a scholarship to attend the Richemont School of Excellence in Switzerland last year where she learned new chocolates recipes and techniques.

On both dates, Bettys’ chocolate champion will be appearing on both between 11am and noon.
