Highlights from Eastleigh’s last game - a 3-2 defeat at Oldham

Elliott Swallow has shown 17 yellow cards in four National League games this season. Took charge of Town's 0-0 home draw with Southend on August 16.

Well, looked like Jordan Slew was there on the pitch but couldn’t see Tom Clarke. Read into that what you will. Team news in at 2pm. Sam Smart being here hints that Town may revert to 4-2-3-1 - they have to do something different after Aldershot, surely

All Eastleigh's goals at home this season have come in the second-half. The last goal they scored in the first-half at home came against Barnet on April 23, scored by Halifax winger Sam Smart

Well, I think it’s anyone’s guess how Town will line up. I think at this stage any plans or preconceptions are pretty much out of the window. There seemed to be a little bit of momentum using 3-5-2 until the thrashing at Aldershot, so after that, who knows.

Eastleigh have picked up points in five of their nine games this season, and four of those have been at home. They’re uneaten at home this season, winning twice and drawing twice. Not ideal from Town’s perspective.
