FC Halifax Town: McManus joins Evo-Stik side Coalville

Former Town defender Scott McManus has joined Evo-Stik Premier Division side Coalville Town.

McManus left Halifax after seven years at The Shay, citing the fact he had to travel so far from his home in the Midlands for training.

Coalville are based in Leicestershire and finished 20th in the Evo-Stik Premier last season.

McManus memorably scored the winning goal in Town’s 2016 FA Trophy final win against Grimsby at Wembley.
