FC Halifax Town: Striker Fairhurst joins Shaymen

FC Halifax Town have signed striker Waide Fairhurst on a non-contract basis.

Fairhurst, 26, has been at Torquay this season but left The Gulls at the end of last month having played only three league games all season.

He has previously had spells with Macclesfield, Lincoln and Hereford, having started his career at Doncaster and will help fill the gap in the Town squad left by Shaun Tuton’s departure to Barnsley.
