Up to 10,000 fans could be back in stadiums by mid-May should a number of pilot events are successful, with up to 10,000 people or 25 per-cent of total seated capacity, whichever is lower, allowed into stadiums.

For Panthers, that could mean a return of supporters for the home clash against Featherstone Rovers on May 30.

A club statement said: "It is clear there will be restrictions initially on capacity and it isn’t as simple as an arbitrary percentage of capacity. How the crowd is structured is still expected to be around distancing and bubbles until at least June 21 and of course, is subject to change."

The club has stated that priority access will be given to season ticket holders and more information can be found on the club's website.
