Moore joins Huddersfield Giants on loan from Fax

Head coach Simon Grix told the club’s website: “We as a club see this as a scenario where everybody wins. Unfortunately, for Adam O’Brien he will miss the remainder of the season leaving them in a position where they need another hooker. It is obviously an opportunity for Brandon to get back out on the field and hopefully fulfil a dream of playing Super League. We get to help our DR partner out and we get him back better for the experience ready for the 2021 season.”

Football Director Ian Croad said: “Brandon deserves the chance to play at the highest level, we have a good relationship with the Giants and we are pleased to help out. He will benefit from the experience, and return a better player.”

Giants Managing Director Richard Thewliss said: “We must thank the Halifax club and Ian Croad in particular, for his assistance and support in making this happen ahead of what, Ian recognised, is a hectic run of games for us when we will need every possible fit player. This is a chance to give a wonderful opportunity to a young man that they think of very highly at the Halifax Club.”

Huddersfield Giants Interim Head Coach, Luke Robinson, said: “We’re really excited to have Brandon be a part of the squad and extremely happy to bring him in before deadline day. The reason we’re bringing him in is due to the injury to Adam O’Brien leaving us light in that position - bringing someone in to cover at half and hooker gives us a little bit more depth.”
