COMPETITION: Win movie tickets for the Hebden Bridge Picture House

There’s plenty of chances to catch Kristin Scott Thomas’ 2026 film My Mother’s Wedding this week — starring Scarlett Johansson, Sienna Miller, Emily Beecham, Kristin Scott Thomas, Freida Pinto, and Thibault de Montalembert — in which three sisters return home for the third wedding of their twice-widowed mother.

Tonight (Thursday), you can watch Bridgerton’s Nicola Coughlan join Éanna Hardwicke and Siobhán McSweeney in John Millington Synge’s riveting play of youth and self-discovery The Playboy of the Western World, filmed live on stage at the National Theatre.

On Saturday, watch Juliette Lewis, George Clooney, Quentin Tarantino, and Salma Hayek star in Robert Rodriguez’ 2015 film From Dusk Till Dawn, in which the Gecko brothers head south to a seedy Mexican bar to hide out after kidnapping a father and his two kids.

And on Sunday and Wednesday, there’s Orban Wallace’s 2026 documentary Our Land, which looks at the Right to Roam movement.
