Hebden Bridge Open Studios returns in December

The next Hebden Bridge Open Studios event will return this December.

Taking place December 4 to 6, the event will see dozens of venues across Hebden Bridge and Mytholmroyd open their doors for free.

It will be a chance for visitors to visit a wide range of artists and makers, and see spaces and works that would not normally be available to the public.

Each day across the weekend, all venues will open at 10.30am, with the exception of the Methodist Church opening at 11.30am on the Sunday.

All participating artists will curate a mini-exhibition for visitors to see, and visitors will have the opportunity to speak with artists and makers about their work.

In Hebden Bridge, participating venues will include 20 independent studios, Linden Mill, Northlight Art Studios, Salem Collective, Brooklyn Studios, Birchcliffe Centre, and six independent art and craft galleries and studios.

In the Methodist Church, 25 artists will participate in an art and craft fair, and 21 artists will participate in an art and craft fair in the Town Hall.

And in Mytholmroyd, venues will comprise Brier Hey, The Local Motive, and two independent studios.
