Hebden Bridge's most (and least) expensive streets from over the last 5 years revealed in new data

Gathering five years’ worth of sold house price data across the Hebden Bridge postcodes, Heptonstall, Savile Road and Savile Road have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.

Some of the cheapest residential streets in Hebden Bridge include Lees Road, Foster Lane and Carlton Chambers.

Sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2020 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Hebden Bridge postcodes.

On Heptonstall (HX7), 3 properties sold for an average of £588,333. Savile Road (HX7), 5 properties sold for an average of £581,510. Also, Savile Road (HX7) saw 4 properties sell for an average of £561,250.

Some of the cheapest streets include Lees Road (HX7) (where 4 properties sold for an average of £108,975), Foster Lane (HX7) (where 5 properties sold for an average of £129,200) and Carlton Chambers (HX7) (where 8 properties sold for an average of £139,875).

Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Savile Road (HX7) sold for £930,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £73,000 and under on Bond Street (HX7), Brunswick Street (HX7) and Woodland View (HX7),” he concludes.
