Two Lamborghini drivers have their sports cars seized by police in Halifax
Police in Halifax have seized not just one but two Lamborghinis over the last few days.
Both luxury sports cars were taken away from drivers under Section 59 powers following reports of anti-social driving in the town.
A spokesperson for Halifax Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “One vehicle was reported for being driven without due care and attention after reports of anti-social driving and excessive engine revving around the town centre.
"The second attracted attention after numerous reports of speeding.”

Section 59 warnings and seizures can be used when vehicles are being driven carelessly, inconsiderately, or in a manner causing alarm, distress or annoyance to members of the public.
"Thank you to the people who reported the incidents,” said the police spokesperson.
"Information from the public helps us identify problem vehicles, take positive action where appropriate and keep our roads safe.
"Whilst Lamborghinis are built to stand out, being loaded onto the back of a recovery truck isn't the kind of attention most owners are looking for!”
