The Ha Ha Ha Halifax Comedy Festival 2025 line-up has been unveiled, with some top household names heading the bill – and we’ve got the chance for two lucky readers to win free tickets for Friday Night at The Vic.

It’s back and it’s bigger than ever – this year’s Halifax Comedy Festival has some giant names from the TV, radio and comedy circuit, and has been given an extended two week run, so there are plenty of chances to ROFL and enjoy some brilliant nights out.

The highlight of the West Yorkshire comedy calendar begins on Saturday, October 18, and runs through till Sunday, November 2, and has over 100 of the UK’s best comedians lining up the laughs.

This year’s star studded roster includes Jason Manford, Dara Ó Briain, Josh Widdicombe, Mitch Benn and Alfie Moore, acclaimed acts like Tiff Stevenson, Marcel Lucont, and Stephen Bailey, and shows fresh from the Edinburgh Fringe. The line-up also includes up-and-coming stars, Britain’s Got Talent finalists and award-winning acts.

And as well as putting the giggle into gigs, there are comedy workshops, family friendly events, farces and even a free to attend stand-up comedy competition.

We are thrilled to be extending this year’s Comedy Festival to two fantastic weeks of comedy.

Chloe Bridgman, Halifax Comedy Festival Administrator

"We know that laughter brings people together and we could all do with some unity in the world at the moment. This year's festival is bigger and more diverse than ever, and we can’t wait to see our community enjoying some shared laughter. Also, with tickets to most shows being well under £20 and some being free, it’s really good value for money for a night out.”
