Todmorden woman charged after Accrington man found dead in flat
A Todmorden woman has been charged with conspiring to commit murder after a man was found dead at a flat in Accrington.
Rukshana Bibi, 37, of Wood Street, Todmorden, appeared at Blackburn Magistrates’ Court today.
A murder investigation was launched after Mohammed Yousaf, 65, was found dead at a flat in the town on Wednesday, September 21.

Hide AdHe was found with serious head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Muhammed Arif, 44, of Washington Street, Accrington was charged with Mr Yousaf’s murder and appeared before a judge at Preston Crown Court.
No plea was entered and he will next appear on December 16. A provisional trial date has been set for February 27.
