"He's going to be a real miss," says McGrath on defender Bardell
Town defender Max Bardell has been ruled out for at least four months with a hamstring injury.
Bardell was forced off during Town’s 2-2 draw at Southend on Saturday, and manager John McGrath has confirmed his injury is a bad one.

“It’s one of the worst hamstring injury grades we could have seen,” McGrath told the Courier.
"He’s going to see a specialist next week but it might mean surgery. We’ll know more in a week but either way he’s probably looking at four or five months.”
Bardell has been one of Halifax’s star performers so far this season and McGrath admits he will be a loss.
"He’s been brilliant. We ask him to do an up-and-down job and he loves doing it,” McGrath said.
"He’s scored some important goals for us, could have scored more and he’s going to be a real miss.
"Someone like Max there tonight, playing at right-back, especially late on, we missed him.”
