Two new stalls opening at Halifax's historic borough market

Halifax Borough Market is getting two new traders.

Signs have gone up at a currently-vacant stall saying Fools Skate Stall will be opening there from Saturday, October 31.

And Yorkshire Rose Holidays has announced it will be opening at the market on Monday, October 19 from 10am.

As reported by the Courier, the holiday firm is moving one of its booking offices from Huddersfield to Halifax Borough Market.

Yorkshire Rose Holidays provides coach trips around the UK and beyond, including to Disneyland Paris.

The firm was started by Steve Mills more than 20 years ago, with a single coach.

He was joined later by sons David and James, and what started as offering a “handful of trips and a couple of tours” has grown to around 170 tours and hundreds of day excursions
