Marki named player of the year at Old Crossleyans awards presentation day

The Old Crossleyans recently held their Presentation Day for season 2019-20 on their large patio area outside the clubhouse.

Player of the year went to their Hungarian international Roland Marki with Billy Hammond runner up.

Tom Metcalfe was voted young player of the season for the 1st XV and Callum Peel likewise for the 2nd XV.

Jack Brown was the 2nd team player of the year and Nick Hardy was rewarded for all his hard work as Clubman of the year.

There was a presentation made to outgoing President Barry Thompson who after six years in this position is stepping down, former Chairman Howard Cooper takes over this honour.

The main sponsors Elcons Employment Law Consultants were once again thanked for their continued support.
