Homes and businesses in part of Calderdale without power
More than 200 postcodes in the HX4 area have been hit by a power cut today (Tuesday).
The unplanned power cut is affecting properties in Stainland, Sowood, Holywell Green and West Vale.
At 10.50am Northern Powergrid said: “Our team have identified what’s caused the power cut and are working to get your power back on.”
Restoration is estimated between 12pm and 1pm.
What to do if you have no power
Northern Powergrid says there are a number of reasons why you may have no power such as an unexpected (unplanned) fault on the network or scheduled maintenance.
